Do you only coach the squat, bench press and deadlift?
No: the big three form the basis of my method, but I can help you with just about every barbell exercise imaginable.
Especially for beginners, I like to use the big three to make the first technical and strength-related progress. If you have mastered these three lifts well, we will choose other exercises together to add to your program. We do this based on your interests, needs and/or goals.
