During the intake interview we will get to know each other, discuss your goals and any questions you may have.If we decide during the interview that we are a match, we will book a physical intake/trial session. (optional for remote coaching)
A physical intake costs €65
This amount will be deducted from the price if, after the intake, you purchase at least 8 sessions of personal training, 8 sessions of duo training or 6 months of remote coaching.

We will train in my own private gym. The gym is located on the ground floor of my home in the Nico Andriessenstraat 47 in Haarlem.
My hourly rate lies between 65,- en 60,- depending on how many sessions you purchase at once
